Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty Gate. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, tags, and accessories.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, pillows that have been slept on or removed from their sealed sanitary packaging cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Used or opened pillows
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:
• They arrive defective,
• Or damaged during shipping.

If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue for verification.

5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
